School-photos acknowledges the importance of customer service - contact us if you have a query that has not already been answered in our detailed parents' FAQ page and we will reply as quickly as we can. Please include as much relevant detail as possible, such as the pupil name, class, passcode/s, school name, your order number and your registered e-mail address (so we can view your account).
